Refund policy

Conditions:
These are the conditions for returning a product:

- The product is undamaged.
   Is the product damaged? Then HelmetFlair.eu can charge you for this.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- You have the invoice.
- You received the product less than 14 days ago.

Are you returning the order? Shipping costs will not be returned.
The additional shipping costs for the return are for the customer.

Helmet Flair is not liable for any loss or damage during the return process.


How can I return my product?
 
Please return products within 14 days of receipt.


1. Print the return form.
Download the form, fill it out and print it out. Don't have a printer? Write down the following information on a piece of paper and add it in the box: order number, name and reason for return. write in block letters; not readable is longer processing time for us.


2. Pack your return.
Put the product(s) (if possible) in its original packaging. Put all products and the return form in the HelmetFlair bag or another sturdy bag or box.


3. Hand over your return at a return point.
Keep your proof of postage safe! If a package gets lost, you can only recover your costs from your chosen return supplier with your proof of postage.
